If you're unable to arrive in time for the scheduled transfer, you can take a bus or taxi to Torrox Empalme bus station or Torrox BP gas station, where we will arrange to pick you up and bring you to the retreat.
If you prefer to drive, parking is available on-site, making it easy to arrive by car.

During the retreat, you'll be sharing a cozy finca. The beds are spread across four rooms, and you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms with showers. Enjoy relaxing by the outdoor pool or gathering for a meal in the BBQ area.

Duo Cocoon = Shared Room: You will share a room with another participant.
Solo Cocoon = Single Room: A private room just for you.

What should I bring?

As the retreat takes place in southern Spain, we recommend bringing light, comfortable clothing suitable for warm days, along with swimwear and comfortable shoes for walking or hiking. Weather in the mountains can change, so a light jacket or rain layer is recommended, especially for evenings or outdoor activities.
Please also bring any personal items you may need. Yoga mats are provided, so there's no need to bring your own.

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is required to join the retreat. All sessions are guided and accessible, and you're invited to participate at your own pace.

As this is Chapter 3 of The Buddhaloe Experience, some activities build upon themes explored in previous retreats. This means the journey may feel deeper and more integrative, but everything is introduced in a way that welcomes both new and returning participants. Openness and curiosity are all you need.

What kind of meals will be provided?

At The Buddhaloe Experience, we believe in nourishing the body as a pathway to the soul. Our meals will be focusing on vegetarian options that are both delicious and wholesome.
